Launched at the Make‑it‑in‑the‑Emirates 2026 summit, the initiative dovetails with the emirate’s $49 billion industrial deal pipeline, signalling a sovereign commitment to marry high‑value manufacturing with a digitally‑enabled narrative that can attract downstream private‑equity and venture‑capital inflows.
Participants will progress through three rigorously structured phases: a foundational immersion in the UAE’s industrial ecosystem; hands‑on production of multimedia content using generative‑AI tools; and the launch of proprietary national‑content projects. By exposing young innovators to the mechanics of advanced manufacturing, logistics, and green‑energy infrastructure, the scheme creates a pipeline of talent capable of articulating the economic case for large‑scale projects, thereby de‑risking future capital raises and enhancing the appeal of sovereign‑backed funds seeking exposure to the region’s burgeoning industrial base.
