Google Cloud Unveils Agentic Transformation Practice to Accelerate Enterprise AI Deployment with Gemini Enterprise

Deloitte’s major expansion of its global alliance with Google Cloud, including a dedicated end-to-end agentic transformation practice and six 2026 Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards, will reshape enterprise AI adoption across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), where sovereign wealth funds and public sector entities are deploying more than $300bn in combined capital to digital transformation and AI initiatives through 2030. The practice integrates Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise technology with Deloitte’s library of more than 1,000 pre-built, industry-specific AI agents, deployed via the Deloitte Ascend platform, targeting priority sectors for MENA sovereign mandates: financial services, healthcare, retail, and public administration, core to Saudi Vision 2030, the UAE’s National AI Strategy 2031, and broader regional economic diversification pushes. With Deloitte serving 90% of Fortune 500 firms and maintaining deep engagement with MENA state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and sovereign-backed entities, the partnership provides a turnkey path to scale agentic AI across the region’s largest institutional buyers.

The practice’s use of Google’s Agent2Agent protocol to connect pre-built agents to third-party platforms addresses a persistent barrier for MENA’s fast-growing enterprise AI startup ecosystem: high custom integration costs that have slowed scaling for VC-backed ventures. Regional venture capital allocations to enterprise AI startups exceeded $4.7bn in 2025, per MENA VC industry benchmarks, with backing from leading regional firms including Riyadh’s STV, Abu Dhabi’s ADNEC Capital, and Dubai-based Sequoia Capital India’s MENA arm. Deloitte’s internal scaling of Gemini Enterprise to 100,000 professionals globally, including its 18,000-strong regional workforce, will provide localized implementation expertise, while compliance with MENA data sovereignty requirements is bolstered by Google Cloud’s existing regional infrastructure nodes in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, as well as Deloitte’s proprietary Trustworthy AI governance framework, aligned with emerging regional AI ethics and data protection regulations.

For MENA sovereign capital allocators, the partnership reduces execution risk on multi-billion dollar digital mandates, aligning with procurement standards of entities including Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), Mubadala Investment Company, and Egypt’s Sovereign Fund. Deloitte and Google Cloud will deploy dedicated Gemini Experience Centers and forward-deployed engineers to prototype scaled, industry-specific solutions, while early access to Google DeepMind’s frontier Gemini models will allow Deloitte to refine enterprise tools for regional regulatory environments. The existing collaboration with Zebra Technologies to deliver intelligent operations will accelerate adoption across MENA’s flagship infrastructure projects, including NEOM, Dubai’s Jebel Ali Port, and the Suez Canal Economic Zone, where state-backed logistics and industrial corridors are prioritizing AI-driven efficiency. Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report, which finds 60% of global surveyed organizations have moved beyond AI pilots to enterprise scaling, mirrors MENA trends, where public sector entities have allocated more than $12bn to agentic AI pilots in the past 18 months, per regional government disclosures.
